Profile and History
Property Services, established in 1992, has completed thousands of projects in the last 30 years. Originally providing general contracting services for the multi-family HOA market, we have since expanded to single-family HOA repairs and renovations as well as providing general contracting, electrical, and janitorial services for large multipurpose buildings, recreation centers, fitness centers and pool houses. We offer a wide variety of services ranging from providing service call technicians to large renovations of multi-family projects. We excel at handling projects with construction costs ranging from $25,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.
Ron Voreh, Founder
Founder Ron Voreh’s intention was to constructively use his leadership to create a professional firm that would better serve the Greater Houston HOA Industry. He, along with our project managers have built a reputation of honesty, reliability, fair pricing, and a commitment to quality. Mr. Voreh started his first business within the Houston HOA Industry in 1983 specializing in exterior renovations as a master carpenter. After years of providing the very best craftsmen in exterior renovations in the Greater Houston Area, the decision was collectively made to name the business Property Services and expand into exterior painting as well as other trades. We are proud to still be working with some of our original clients dating from as far back as the 1980s.
